The Agribusiness Talent Council of West Michigan works to attract talent, promote the industry and provide training and resources to employers.
WHAT WE DO
Formed in 2018, the Agribusiness Talent Council was created to address the similar challenges and needs as it relates to talent in the Agribusiness Industry. Agribusinesses are made up of Farms, Food Processors and Manufacturers and Animal raising businesses to name a few.
With Agriculture being a top 5 industry in the State of Michigan, we set out to form a council to address these common challenges in attracting talent, promote the industry and to provide training and resources to employers in Agribusiness. The council is made up of employers and community partners, representing 7 counties in West Michigan.
